Looking to put your own style on a property?
William Thomas are delighted to offer to the market Ramwells Farm, set within the West Pennine countryside with stunning panoramic views. A substantial stone built 4 bedroom Detached House offering spacious well proportioned family accommodation of over 2400 sqft and also comes with 15 acres of grazing land. The property is situated just off the A666 and approached via a private road of approximately 1 mile which cuts through superb moorland countryside and leads to Ramwells Farm's tranquil setting, amidst a stunning landscape of rolling fields and open views as far as the eye can see. Deer, rabbits, pheasant, kestrels, owls and even a badger may be spotted on the approach - not to mention sheep and cows! Whilst occupying this peaceful, idyllic situation the house has the advantage of not being completely isolated, having a neighbouring property and others within the vicinity.
The house is approximately 1 mile walk from the Strawbury Duck pub along with the Entwistle and Wayoh Reservoirs and is on the fringe of the West Pennine Moors, which offers more superb walking. Despite being rural and 'away from it all' it has the benefit of convenient access to the A666 and hence to Bolton, Blackburn, Manchester and the motorway network - the best of both worlds!
